Features include radiant floor heating, air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and an oven with sous vide. The spacious open kitchen flows into the family room with a gas fireplace and dining area. Accommodations sleep at least eight, offering queen and king beds and a loft.

Set off the main road, the property has large windows to view wildlife and beautiful Bay of Quinte vistas from two upper decks—one for entertaining, the other a private patio off the third bedroom for sunrise coffee and watching deer in the fields.

The property comprises 152 acres and has an existing and ever-expanding trail system. Because no one had inhabited the property for around 60 years the old farm fields have been allowed to grow up into diverse sanctuaries for many types of birds.

The treed areas of the property are made up of dense cedar bush and mixed hardwood forests and as our logo suggests we have plenty of hickories, maples and oaks (both red and white). These trails and the surrounding acreage provide endless opportunities for outdoor activities.
